1. Check the tires

(1) Visual tire pressure: whether the tire pressure is appropriate will greatly affect the service life and safety of the tire, so the tire must keep the specified tire pressure (including the spare tire) at all times, and have the same inflation pressure.At the same time, the tire pressure should be measured and adjusted in the cold state.(See tire side mark for specific air pressure standard)

② Visually check whether there is a lack of gas and debris adhesion phenomenon, and then see whether the steel ring is deformed and cracked.

Special remind

When the tire pressure is insufficient, it will cause:

Shortened tire life;

The acceleration of tire wear, especially the abnormal wear of the shoulder curtain layer is cut off and separated from the rubber, the shoulder will rupture;

Fuel consumption increases;

When driving at high speed (more than 100km/h), the tread pattern drops due to centrifugal force.

When the inflation pressure is too high, it will cause:

Mechanical failure or other failure;

Lateral spreads;

Cut off or blow out a tire;

Speed up tread center wear.

2. Check the tightness of the tire screw

Check and tighten bolts and nuts in each part: please don't bother to check whether each screw is fastened one by one, which is closely related to vehicle driving and personal safety.

3. Check the legs and suspension system

Look at the tightness of all nuts and bolts, U-bolts, which will affect whether the vehicle eats the tire, to eliminate the hidden danger in advance.At the same time, in the leg inspection, we must shake up and shake down a few times, and then see whether there is a crack in the welding place, especially now the swing trailer, we must pay attention to this problem.

4. Wear and tear of moving parts

Check the moving parts: touch the box board, hinge box hook, lock, pile and other small parts to see if there is any crack, broken phenomenon.

5. Check all indicators, electrical circuits and reflective signs

Check whether the indicator light is normal, whether the electrical circuit is damaged, whether the reflective mark is complete, and replace the problem parts in time.

6. Check whether the connection and braking of tractor and semi-trailer are normal

(1) After starting the main car to see if the barometer is enough, and then step on the brake.

② Listen to whether the brake leaks air.

(3) Check the whole pipeline and joint: raise the air pressure to 6-7 to check whether the pipeline, joint crack, damage, leakage, if there is, please repair or replace in time.

(4) Check the emergency relay valve: close the separation switch connecting the semi-trailer air charging pipeline on the traction truck, and then remove the pipe joint connecting the traction truck and the semi-trailer air charging pipeline, and check whether the brake is automatically brake. If not, it means that the emergency relay valve is faulty.

7. Check the air cylinder and axle

The standard aluminum alloy air cylinder is equipped with the hanging car. After the vehicle is running, it is necessary to unscrew the water valve at the bottom of the air cylinder to discharge the internal condensate, and open the water valve for a few seconds to completely discharge the internal condensate.In addition, check axles, wheels, and tires for cracks, damage, deformation, repair or replacement when necessary.

8, tire maintenance

Because the load, road condition and braking state are different, the tire wear is also different, in order to make the tire state consistent, it is recommended to maintain and replace the tire order when the trailer is driving 100,000 kilometers.Transpose the wheels in the order specified in the following figure.
